*LIMITED RELEASE* Kotowa Duncan #3135, Natural Panama

Kotowa Duncan Lot #3135 comes from the west side of Boquete at 1800 m above sea level. Ricardo Koyner, a third generation Panamanian coffee producer, is the owner of Finca Kotowa in Boquete, Chiriquí. The Koyner/Duncan family moved to Panama from Canada in the early 1900s and established one of the first coffee mills in the country, which is still in operation today.
 
This lot is natural processed, meaning the coffee cherries are carefully hand picked and sun dried on patios for an extended period. This slow, meticulous drying allows the beans to fully absorb the fruit’s sugars, creating a coffee with richer body and pronounced sweetness. We’re thrilled to launch this limited release, expect layered sweetness and lively characteristics in every cup!
