Perched high in the mountains of Nueva Suiza at 2100 masl, Finca Sophia is one of Panama’s most renowned coffee farms. Its extreme elevation, cool climate, and slow cherry maturation create coffees celebrated for their elegance, complexity, and clarity.

Founded by Willem Boot, Kelly Hartmann, and David Pohl, Finca Sophia is recognised for its meticulous approach to cultivation and processing, producing some of Panama’s most distinguished Geisha coffees.

This Heritage Collection lot, FS6525, is a naturally processed Geisha that reflects the expressive character of the farm. The natural process enhances sweetness and depth while preserving the refined floral qualities associated with high elevation Panamanian Geisha. In the cool mountain climate of Nueva Suiza, the cherries mature slowly, allowing greater flavour concentration and complexity to develop before harvest.
