This coffee is a blend of Bourbon, Caturra, Typica and Pache varieties, each contributing to its unique flavour profile. The coffee undergoes a meticulous triple-wash process, followed by an extended fermentation period in water for 30-50 hours. This careful method enhances the coffee’s complexity and clarity.
