ALO washed Ethiopia is produced by Tamiru Tadesse at the ALO coffee washing station in Ethiopia’s renowned Sidama region. Tamiru is deeply involved in every stage of production, working closely with his team at high elevations and deliver carefully hand picked cherries to the station. The coffee features the 74158 varietal, selected for its resilience and its potential for sweetness and clarity.. After harvest, cherries are fully washed and slowly dried to preserve transparency and structure in the cup. The result is a refined and elegant profile, opening with bright orange acidity.
